Sep 2004, HYOC solely won the bid of “Sino-Russia International Optical Cable Transimission Project”, which is international transmission line between Hehei Heilongjiang Province and Blagoveschensk Russia, a region of extreme weather so that it requires higher standard of optical cables. HYOC always focused on high quality and was and still is a leader of optical cable industry, therefore we won the project and had beaten other competitors. Over 700km of optical cables were supplied by us for this project and our high quality was recognized internatianlly.
